Barkly Smokehouse brings you artisan products lovingly produced by our third generation charcutiers using only 100% Australian grown pork, lamb and chicken. We only use the hind legs of locally grown pork and restrict this wherever possible to female pigs. Because of this and our high quality, we are licensed to display the pink Australian Pork Logo on our pork and ham products.
We only use German beech in our smokehouse because it imparts a delicate smokiness that highlights the rich flavour that have made our products famous.
Being a small company we are able to control quality and ensure the highest standards in the preparation of our products and being the children and grandchildren of European immigrants, we are proud to share the best of our heritage with you, our customers.
