A very lean fully boned leg with the rind and fat removed, which is hand trimmed netted, then smoked over german beech. A full Double Smoked Ham is approximately 3 to 5kg, half Double Smoked Ham approximately 2 to 3kg.
Lovely baked with a maple syrup glaze, served as part of a meat platter or in a sandwich with tomato and avocado. Great for those looking for a lean ham.
