Also called Jalowcowa. Very lean pork sausage infused with juniper berry then smoked, ready to be sliced and eaten. Sausage is 55mm in diameter.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Gin in a sausage? Not quite but Juniper is what gives Gin its unique flavour. Here we add the dried berries to our lean ham sausage to impart a subtle flavour that many from an Eastern Europe background will know well. Idea for sandwiches or as cold cuts on a meat platter.
